Outdoor Indoor Stretching Routine for Flexibility and Back Care
This stretching routine can be done outdoors or indoors and can be done daily. It is excellent for when traveling to help stay limber and loose.
This is ideal for relieving a stiff, achy back - and for preventing back spasms and random muscle pulls that plague many sedentary people.
This stretching routine is a daily ritual in my fitness/wellness plan. It has saved my back from many issues and injuries over the last 8 years.
