QUICKLY-FIT Rapid Roasted Rainbow Carrots

You'll notice this is a very quick, simple and straightforward veggie dish that makes eating healthy easier to do on the nights when you're pressed for time and low on enthusiasm for "cooking"...

The rainbow carrots are pre-cut and pre-washed - READY TO GO!

You can also do the same thing with parsnips, which I'll demonstrate in a future video as well.

As I mention in the video, I have a bunch of variations on this recipe and will share those in future posts.
