8 inch worms (can add push up)

Circuit 1:

Total body band turn
Step up and down
Sit to stand (hover ) on step

Circuit 2:

8 push offs
Monster walks
8 rows

Circuit 3: cardio finisher ==> x2

8 joeys
8 jumping Joey's
8 heel taps
