  2. Straight Leg Lift - 8 reps plus 8 sec hold
  3. Half Circle Draw

  2. Triple Range Squat Sequence
  3. Slow Side Step Down x 8
  4. Static Slow Lunge with bands or dumbbells
  5. Balancing Touchdown 8 reps plus 8 second hold
  6. Crouching Slow Side-shuffle - 8 steps away & 8 coming back

-Mat-

  1. (face up) One-Leg Hip Extension/Glute Bridge - 4 w/ leg straight + 4 w/ leg up + 8 sec hold
  2. (on side) Top Leg in Front/LIFT - 8 reps + 8 sec hold
  3. Straight Leg LIFT - 8 reps + 8 sec hold
  4. Face up Swiss Ball Curls - 8 reps + 8 sec hold
  5. (Standing FINISHER) Walking Lunge - 8 steps away & 8 coming back
